My parents went to Bunnings Artarmon and bought some pine moulding clear sheet rail in clearance area. It showed the price was 2 dollars per item but they were charged 12.8 dollars per item at checkout. They do not speak English so they did not know what happened and how to fix this issue. They called me and I communicated with the shop assistant to help them get the refund. The price of clearance item looked same as normal product and the price was not updated in the system so this caused the problem. A special tag should be added to the clearance item to help shop assistant to identify items to avoid it happen again.
I was looking for an item and they sent a tall fella with beard and without a sense of professionalism, no manners and with no idea about customer service. He found the item after a some minutes and was yelling from far seemingly frustrated and asking “how many?!!!”. Sorry for the rest of the team who serves well, but this folk has no manners at all.
I am extremely disappointed with my shopping experience at Bunnings. Most of the tools I purchased were faulty and didn’t work as expected. When I tried to request a refund, the process was unnecessarily complicated and frustrating. The staff handling refunds were rude and seemed to go out of their way to find excuses to deny my request. This level of service is unacceptable, and I strongly urge Bunnings to improve both the quality of their products and their customer service policies.
Love the painting counter! Met Darcey Kelty there and she was so professional and helpful! No one was ever so thorough and know colours that well. Love it! 6 out of 5 service!!
Very unhappy with the service at the painting section. I had a swatch of paint that I took from my wall that I wanted colour matched, but the girl behind the desk threw it in the bin. She quickly fished it out and started giggling when she realised what I needed it for...nnThey also couldn't get my colour matched accurately, which was a waste of $10 for the sample paint pot.nnFor colour matching Dulux colours I've realised that I've had a better outcome by going to Dulux directly. My experience at the Dulux store in Chippendale has been sooo much better - got better customer service AND I also got the colour match that I was after!nnI also want to add, that we had hired one of their carpet cleaning machines with the hope of saving time and money, but ended up wasting a lot of time hiring the machine as it was not working properly - the detergent was leaking from the machine. This was quite frustrating as we were told so many times at the counter that we needed to be really careful with the machinery.... except the machine obviously had not been maintained and was faulty to begin with.nnnever again!
