Hardware store offering all you need to renovate or upgrade your home. Great selection, easy parking and exceptionally friendly and competent staff. The only thing missing is a place for having lunch near by.
I used their ute hire service thats why I changed my previous review . Used ute for top dressings my grass sand bags 8 dollars for twenty kilo.rented a use for 70 dollars and bought thousand kilo sand for 80 dollars SYDNEY SAND Was easier than buying in the bag. Saved 570 dollar doing it this way

Try to go when it’s not too busy and you will receive excellent service. The man at the back of the store that cut my items to size was extremely kind and helpful. Wish I could remember his name- I’ll post again when I remember his name….
I went here for some fertiliser. The people in the plant section were lovely especially Leo. While perusing, I decided to buy some outdoor furniture which Leo helped me with, and bc I drive an i30 I decided to get the stuff delivered since it won't fit in my car. I can't understand you why, but the people at the delivery desk were extremely rude and dismissive. The guy who served me essentially found every reason to make checking out harder and was extremely condescending. As I really wanted the furniture, I pushed forward with checking out but they gave me no information about rhe delivery slot I'd been given until after they'd charged me the $900 for my order. When I said I wouldn't be home for part of the slot and could we note it, the guy just said "no, that's just how it works"... for the life of me I don't understand why the desk was so rude. I ended up having to call the number and speak to a manager to move the delivery time, but honestly if I could turn back time I'd save myself the trouble and $900 and buy my outdoor furniture somewhere else. I won't be shopping here again.
The place is NOT air conditioned. Avoid on hot days - not a pleasant experience. Also They only have 2 lifts. As long as remember , one or both lifts breakdown regularly like almost every week and if you use a trolley you are in trouble, either long queues to get to your car, if both break down then there is no way to get to your car. Chatswood Bunnings is a far better experience. None of the above applies.
I often go to buy required tools and product, the place is not too large and it is quite easy to find the products. A day before Yesterday 7-Feb-2023 I visited the warehouse to buy electricall staff. Thanks to nice bunning staff It was easy process but very frustrated due to extremly HOT 34.5 celcious temperature inside while outside it was 27 taken by my Suunto D5 watch. I am sorry about people working in that condition. WHS was not applied by Bunning management. I hope my next visit will be ventilated place.
Dear Bunnings, you have friendly, helpful staff in your Artarmon store. But you need to be more vigilant about keeping the toilets clean — particularly the women's. Given the number of elderly people coming to the store, you have both the increased likelihood of toilet mishaps and a heightened need to maintain above average levels of hygiene. Clean bathrooms can either make or break customers' satisfaction with their shopping experience.
