Story

Situated in the heart of the Yarra Valley.

Relax and enjoy staying in this rammed earth self contained studio apartment built with sustainability in mind. Set on 1.3 hectares of native bush and only minutes by car to the centre of Healesville and the great selection of cafes, shops and restaurants, with the wineries
only a short driving distance.

The property has a diverse range of wildlife, so if your looking for that peace and quiet in a lovely bush setting, this is it.

The apartment is separate from the main house with its own entrance and deck, with outdoor setting & BBQ facilities. The apartment has a kitchenette, including microwave and fridge, in case you want to stay in, to eat, but with a great range of restaurants in Healesville and surrounds you will be spoilt for choices. Also included is a flat screen TV and DVD player, IPod docking/stereo alarm clock. The split system air conditioning to keep you warm in winter and cool in summer.

Local attractions include wineries such as Boat O'Craigo winery, Oakridge, Rohford, Yering Farm, Sticks, Punt Rd, Giant Steps, Dominique Portet, Tokar Estate, Maddens Rise and many more along the way, whether it be on the Warburon Hwy or Maroondah Hwy and also the Melba Hwy there's plenty to choose from, and perhaps using one of the local winery tour companies might be an easy and safe way to enjoy your eperience. Don't forget if you love cheese to visit either De Boroli's or Yarra Valley dairy, Coldstream dairy on Maoondah Hwy has a new Cheese place to buy some great cheese also.There is the Healesville Sanctuary, Hedgend Maze, local artists and studios, local markets, Day on the Green concerts at Rochford Winery, local music festival, farm gates, national parks and picnic spots. Close to snow fields, Lake Eildon, Mount Donna Buang, Marysville, and Warburton and a nice easy drive.
