Absolutely 5 star all round. From the communication, organisation of storage and right up to the final removal day could not recommend highly enough. Everything was so easy and professionally done with the happiest 2 guys loading our stuff on 29/4/24.nnEDIT: today 24/6/24 was re-delivery day to our new home after 8 weeks in storage, again outstanding service from Bundy removals and our stuff was looked after. I especially have to thank Chris for his tip of putting a roll of toilet paper and some teabags in our fridge & freezers to prevent mould - it worked amazingly!
Bundaberg Removals helped us this week to relocate. We can’t recommend them enough, they were fantastic.nThe 3 guys were friendly and polite and so professional. They made sure everything was wrapped safely and nothing was too much for them.nThey did not stop! They worked so hard and moved us in under 6 hrs. Everything arrived undamaged and they were happy to move things where we needed them.nWe will be highly recommending them and definitely will use them again if we move.nThanks to the team and guys that helped us

I had a bit of drama with another removal company and as such looked around for another removal company, and someone put me onto Chris.nI could not be any happier with the service I got from Chris and the guys that did the shift.nI would use them again without any hesitation.nIf you are looking around I would recommend you look no further.nThanks guys for your service.
So I paid $6000 to Bundaberg Removals and storage to move all of our items from one house to another house. Here is the list of items they did not move and that I can no retrieve. Total replacement value is well over $3000.nThere is no excuse to explain this. Chris, the owner, I believe, came the day before moving and took photos of everything that was coming.nIf he had any questions he could have looked at the photos on his phone.nnYou decide whether you would use them or not.nnBox of crystal glasses from my mum and dads wedding day. - not replaceablenDaughters bed, that was sitting on top of boxes that did arrive and it was left outside so someone carried itnDaughters play kitchen that was next to the trampoline that did arrivenrough cut timber bookshelves, that were on top of something that did arrivendog and cat beds, that were in the main bedroom and made there way outside so someone carried themnfencing wiren2 x 20kg bags of DE that were inside a cart. The cart arrived the bags did notn4 cat scratchersndragon fruit tree that was next to all the other trees that did arrivenroll of insulation that they moved to access the artwork behind it.nwheel barrownnI have moved interstate so many times, back and forth and never have I ever had to be there to watch the movers and never have i ever had items not show up or get broken.nnBundaberg removalists also broke a number of items that they are currently refusing to pay to fix.
