Not sure if I would use this company again. It all started when they didn't show up at 7am. Office wasn't open till 8. They finally arrived at 8.30. They said our job looked easy & off they went. When getting to the new place they banged into a fence & said they were not liable. They then proceeded to get slower & slower bringing items in. Last item came in right on the 2 hour mark. They then said they would go close up the truck & be back with the paperwork. 10 mins later & another 5 trying to get their office on the phone so they could charge those 15mins to us. So after the stressful days that our family has had, this was very disappointing
Jack and the team were awesome! The 4 guys were all friendly and keen to get the job done. Thanks to you all. Excellent job guys! Also thanks to Chris who initially came out and quoted for us on our move. Excellent company to deal with. Very reasonably priced. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone needed a removalist.
We had very little notice to move and the professionalism and friendliness we experienced with this company was amazing! Starting from the very first phone conversation with Emily, everyone flowed effortlessly. We had a very difficult move with a high set, steep sloped driveway and a piano to move. Jarrod and Chris were absolutely amazing, professional and friendly. They managed a difficult task efficiently without complaint and with a great level of respect. We strongly recommend you use this company for your move. You will not be disappointed.
