I have had the joy of dealing with this company for the past few weeks. Today made me leave this review. The person running this facility it amazing. Julie has gone far and beyond her requirements, nothing a problem and has help us out to a unbelievable standard of customer service. We are stuck on the Gold Coast dealing with border issues and Julie has stepped up today the mark with ease and taken control from her end. I highly recommend this company. 10 stars for me!

Can get into any day of the week, always clean, nil spiders, cockies or undesirables around. Fully secured.

Good company to deal with, unfortunately water got well into the storage unit and ruined hundreds if not thousands in furniture and other household goods.

Great set up and an absolute credit to the manager

Great brand new facilities. Helpful and friendly staff. Convenient location

Clean and tidy but a bit pricey and no after hours access.

The shed is great. Payment is a hassle, as they only take cash in the office and never have change.
