I had these so-called "professionals" move my valuable, personal property just over a year ago and all I can say is that IF YOU VALUE YOUR POSSESSIONS, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!! After going to the wrong address for which they blamed "the idiots in the office," 2 dishevelled and unkempt "movers" turned up 45 minutes late. One man consistently moaned about his sore back until I gave him some painkillers, and the other took numerous cigarette breaks, time for which I was paying. I didn't mind that hey had breaks, but not every 30-45 minutes. They damaged, ruined and broke so many of my personal items, yet this business continues to ignore my repeated requests, both verbally and in writing, to allow me to claim on their insurance. I have kept detailed records and I can substantiate everything I have stated;including a written response from the company sstating it believed its employees and too bad for me. Nice. The last straw was when one of these "movers" asked me for a $50.00 cash kickback for each of them on the quiet and not mention it to their boss. Obviously, I gave them zero. Of course they have refuted everything I've said, despite countless photos I've sent to the owner, John showing the broken and damaged items, the worst being an almost new and expensive bedroom suite. It's totally ruined. I wish I'd used the company I'd used 3 times prior: that company was totally professional and extremely competent on every level: this crowd is not, trust me. I don't have the funds to retain legal representation, but I am considering other options. I can only reiterate that you will regret using this excuse for a moving company. THEY ARE RUDE, DISHONEST AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. STEER WELL CLEAR OR YOU'LL BE IN THE SAME SITUATION I HAVE FOUND MYSELF IN. THEY COULDN'T ARE LESS. BE WARNED!!!!!
