Received fast but misleading ad. Picture shown Optic White - 3 shades white teeth 3 shades and seals out new stains, 140g but shipped me different Optic White - Sparking white, 100g. They not the same. Please update your product picture. Gave extra 2 stars for throwing in 2 free antibacterial wet wipes + free local shipping.
I've been waiting 12 days for customer support to tell me why the items I have paid for have not been shipped. And I'm still waiting! Update: It appears that the crux of the issue was that the Star Track delivery, for some reason that I don't understand, had no tracking information. So, the delivery was progressing, put the tracking information was still saying that the delivery had been booked, but not even collected. The order has now been delivered to me. I'm increasing the review from one to four stars, as I did have to follow up with support after initially not receiving a response. If my next order goes more smoothly, I will update the review to 5 stars.

Would not recommend this business at all!! I had products arrive a month after the promised date. It then took another three weeks to receive any sort of refund and they only refunded a portion and that was after me chasing twice a week! Disgusting customer service. Take your business elsewhere.
