I had the most beautiful pedicure here recently. I brought my daughter to celebrate her leaving certificate and the The Buff Day Spa went above and beyond for us both. The therapists are warm, kind and highly experienced. The ambience is just so therapeutic. The photos online are beautiful but nothing compared to the energy and beauty when you arrive in person. Highly recommend for all their treatments. My teenage daughter got great skincare advice also as part of her facial, which she now integrates into her daily routine. Huge thanks to The Buff Day Spa and all the staff there.

A very relaxing place to have your massage. The place is well sanitised and staffs are very accommodating. A must try place to have your massage!

I was quite apprehensive as it was first time going for a professional massage I wasn’t sure what to ask for or what to expect, but the staff were very helpful and kind welcoming me with a smile and excellent customer service.  My actual treatment heightened my opinion of The Buff Day a calm and relaxing experience where I was nearly falling asleep.  Will definitely be returning in the near future highly recommend.

I had a very nice spa custom facial before a wedding, for 55 minutes I was looked after and I felt so relaxed. The therapist will customize the treatment on your needs and I had extractions, exfoliation, masques and a massage. I cannot stop to recommend them and I already booked another treatment in September!

I had one of the best birthday  in the Buff Day Spa. Spa is clean and beautiful  decorated.When I walked in  the lovely friendly and professional  staff started from lovely receptionist.they reall know to make you feel  well. I had lovely massage from Jennifer and facial done by Maria. Delighted  with both.My skin was refreshed  and my full body relaxed. Not to forget about receptionist who was really nice to.

I had a massage with ?Bernardo? Think that’s right recently and it was utterly amazing! He was such an expert, and is a trained physical therapist awaiting his Irish accreditation! I floated out of there.  Really my best ever massage.

I just received the most unpleasant experience with the buff day spa. I had received a gift voucher from work colleagues several weeks ago.  I decided to book for a massage and facial package as I gave birth 7 weeks ago and felt I needed it more than ever.  As I’m laying on the bed undressed ready to have my massage I only then got asked if I have had any surgery in the last 6 months I mentioned I had a procedure  done after birth 7 weeks ago.  The beauty therapist in the mean time is going back and forward to the receptionist to only be told they’re policy states they cannot go ahead with the massage but offered me the facial only.  I felt the whole experience had been ruined and I was booked in for a package so I’d preferred not to have any treatments. I was never informed of any of this over the phone.. also the receptionist was extremely dismissive unwelcoming and unprofessional.  Im at a vulnerable stage with the postpartum hormones and therefore I left really upset. Then to find on the website that 50% of my voucher will be deducted because I “cancelled”. Appalling service from what I thought was a high end day spa.

Amazing Swedish massage by Patricia. Front desk staff were very friendly as well! I called only 2 days prior and they were able to get me in. Highly recommend.

Had such a lovely experience today, got a back massage and facial from Jennifer. She was so nice and professional and gave me genuine advice on how to look after my skin, felt so relaxed afterwards. Will definitely be returning!

Great place! I had facial and back massage with Jennifer! It was great! Even after 2 days my back muscles feel relaxed from the massage, and my skin feels great. Definitely will go back and try Jennifer hot stone massage.  They are very nice and friendly. I used a voucher from Buyagift which did not appear on time in their  system and they handle it very gracefully.
