Love the flowers and have been often. Would have given it a 5 but last time the lady on the desk was arguing over phone with a client who never received their flowers on time whilst I waited to pick up the flowers i had previously purchased. She then chucked the phone down and never offered the customer any compensation. Was apalled at this!
