In all the years I have had my own business (nearly 16 years) if I was given flowers (or giving flowers) I would always get them from Blackwood Florist. The arrangements are always beautiful and value for $. Even my profile pic has an arrangement I received from Blackwood Florist.

Up until yesterday, I have always enjoyed great customer service and willingness to provide advice; however, yesterday (31 Jan) I went in for some asiatic lilies (ie scented) andwas given a bunch of lilies that resembled Asiatic lilies and lacked that wonderful aroma.However, the person was visibly irritated and insisted that they were despite my protestations. The lilies I purchased are not asiatic lilies and lack any aroma. The person serving me was not the usual person that was there, who was always so helpful and patient. I will not buy anymore flowers from Blackwood florist; in future I will got to 'Bloomtown' florist next to the ANZ bank for my flowers, who know the meaning of customer service

Thanks Blackwood Florist again !!! I always use this florist and they never let me down. I was away overseas last week and called the ladies to organize flowers for my mum who had to go into hospital. I totally got the hospital and the day she was going in wrong and was unreachable but the Florist went above and beyond calling all the hospital 's for 2 days  till they tracked my mum down. She sent me the photo of the flowers which of course she loved! Really appreciate your care , cheers.
