I purchased from this place many times, but this morning something astonishing happened. 
It's a Saturday morning and my daughter and I were buying some flowers for my husband. 
My daughter and I went to the front counter and greeted the sales lady very nicely which I hardly got a response or any eye contact from her. I asked her if everything was alright.. she said "why are you asking?" I then said "well you don't seem happy,
I'm your customer and I'm spending money at your store, you should greet me in a nice way"
She proceeded to through abuse at me saying I'm crazy and that I should go to church, that I'm a nasty person, I'm harrassing her and that she will call the police on me and my 5 YO daughter !! 
So shocked some people could be like this! A person that definitely does not want to learn for her own benifit !

I ordered flowers for my sister for the anniversary of her husband's death for Saturday 15th April - they were not delivered and no card was left to say they had tried to deliver. This is a very disappointing service. Just tried to ring the florist and no reply at 9.05am today! This service is not acceptable.
