Consistent, fast, affordable and above all very friendly to deal with! We have been using Budget Couriers for nearly 5 years now without any issues
Budget are by far the best same day courier service in the Sydney Metro, their Customer Service is paramount and second to none. Danielle & Des are ultra fast efficient and always well spoken ! They even manage to brighten my day with a smile or giggle - I deal with them daily and have done for over 5 Years now and I can not recommend they highly enough ! If you need it done and done RIGHT. . . call Budget !
Go elsewhere. The customer service from this company is disgusting to say the least. I rang last week to query an invoice and Danielle from customer service thought she had placed me on hold and was talking to the driver, but in fact she was still connected to my call. Thinking that she was speaking to the driver, Danielle continued to rubbish our company using the "f" word to describe our business. No apology when she realised her mistake. Absolute appalling customer service. If I could give a negative star, I would.
Used Budget Couriers on and off for 3 years now. They are a refreshing change from other couriers, they turn up when they say they are going to turn up. Considering what a small fleet they have, It is very impressive. Use them frequently for trade fair deliveries, very cost effective as well
The courier did not wait for me to come to the door but opened my front door and threw the parcel in I was very disgusted with this behaviour when I had called out that is was coming to the door very rude
