Trust and communication is the cornerstone of all successful business. This company has a problem with both those values. Ten days for a refund??? That's what they assured me. Try 20 days and still no refund. They couldn't make a delivery to my place because, according to the person I rang, they had run out of the stock I paid for. I was preparing to go away for a week and requested a refund. The admin lady at Terry Hills depot assured me it would take ten business days. There has been no communication or sign of a refund after nearly twenty days!!!!! This has forced me to contact the Department for Fair Trade. I will be following through to get this sorted. Very poor. Be warned, they have every excuse under the sun.
We would sincerely like to thank Wayne at ANL Seven Hills. We are in the middle of handing over a commercial property, and he went above and beyond to help us complete our landscaping work by delivering much needed river pebbles.nnEven though deliveries had closed for the week, Wayne personally delivered the load to our site on his way home. He was pleasant, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the process.nnWe are so grateful for his outstanding service. A true example of going the extra mile! Thank You

Absolutely amazing experience with Australian Native Landscapes at Seven Hills. I really appreciated how quick and flexible they were - nothing was too much trouble. I needed materials on really short notice and they made it happen without any fuss. They truly went above and beyond! The staff member was super easy to deal with ad got everything delivered exactly when I needed it. Great service with amazing staff. Highly recommend!
So upset the way delivery driver dropped all the peddle stones on the driveway despite mentioning where and how we want. The way he dropped the stone not only blocked the driveway but it is on the main road as well which can cause trouble to other people
