Bubble Cup

Great service, lovely staff…really good bubble teas. We ordered the grape and lychee crush. Both were fantastic. Must say, the grape one looked unappetising but tasted great.

The employee that works behind the counter there did not greet me at all and after I told them what I’m ordering they were nonchalantly talking to me in a very quiet and monotone voice - not looking engaged at all. then when I was waiting for my drink, there was another customer that was also waiting for their drink as well and when my drink was done, the employee just placed my drink on the front of the counter like on the left side of the counter infront of me without saying anything at all - did not call even out the number that I was given the order number with or anything. Just point blank silence. Absolutely appalling and I’m not happy with the service I’ve received at all! So incredibly rude!!! I would come again though, only if there’s a completely different employee working in there..…

2 x 60+ adults never tried this before OMG so nice, went back next day for another one. Long q on second day but it was 33° outside and it was worth the wait, only about 10 mins. Melbourne QV shopping centre.

The staff is very rude and 0 customer sevice . The lady whi is on register needs to be fired asap bc i’ll never recommend anyone this store. She has light yellow hair and wears spects.

I am a regular tea-drinker. I drink tea every day. Usually peppermint. Ever since I discovered iced tea, I have been buying it and storing it under my bed because I never have space anywhere else. I thought my life was complete after that discovery, but little did I know that Bubble Cup existed. It was a regular day and I was out eating with my family. I had the sudden urge to drink tea as I ate my sushi graciously. I told my family I would be back in a few minutes, as I left the table to search for iced tea. To my surprise - I couldn't find any! I was very disappointed. But just because I was disappointed, it didn't mean I didn't want tea anymore. So I searched everywhere before ultimately giving up. As I was walking back to my family, I noticed something. A small bubble tea shop. I didn't know what bubble tea was ... but I saw the word tea and immediately order a peach fruity tea mango pop balls + a little ice. I was AMAZED. I had never tasted anything this... good!! I headed back to my family to report my discovery. Shortly after that, they all went back to order tea of their own. ALL of them were impressed, and they don't even drink tea EVER. I am IN LOVE with Bubble Cup and bubble tea in general now. So I just want to say Thank you, Bubble Cup, for your amazing staff and for helping me discover my new obsession!!

I’m never sure if bubble cups are a meal or a drink but always delight in the fun of the experience

My gf comes here to get her grapefruit tea soda fix and this is my first time here getting it for her. It wasn't busy but there were 2 slow idiots behind the counter making tea. I waited for 10 minutes before asking how much longer it would take and to her surprise she completely forgot about my order. Then had to wait 5 more minutes before getting what I had ordered. I put it upright in my bag and about a min later I heard a loud pop inside the bag. The plastic top popped off due to it being on too tight and I didn't have anything on top of it. Tea went everywhere in the bag. What a terrible experience. There's also no cheese tea options...

Cheaper, quick, average service But I also like stamping coupon. Also grapefruit soda is amazing I really like grapefruit soda but hardly can find in Melbourne So awesome!!!

Decent bubble tea. But one of the nicer drinks there is the watermelon strawberry juice. Staff service is average.

I went to your shop @5:30pm today 28 April 2022 to buy your Special Organic Soy pudding but your staff told me it's not available. I noticed that every time Im dealing with your short hair staff Not sure about the name if Carls but definitely short hair she will tell me not available. If i come morning she will say not available same thing if i will come afternoon. How come that if she is not there i always gets soy pudding..... im a regular customer and almost everyday im buying soy pudding. Actually almost all staff i will give 5 stars only for this staff I will definitely give her 0 star. I hope you can do something about it because you might end up losing some of your customers.
