Xing Fu Tang

I was waiting here since 11.46am, But the stuff there preparing says open at 12pm. Then I have been waiting till 12.05, still says waiting. Not sure is the time on glasssaying open at 11.30 correct or the stuff doing things too slow. My car is about to run out of parking time.

Wish I could rate more stars! The tea was amazing, the pearls were so fresh unlike other bubble tea places! The only downside is that the cup is quite small for the price! Aside from that it was perfect

There aren't much drinks to choose from but their drinks are really good, much better than most stores I have had from. The service was really good as well.

Brown sugar boba milk tea was amazing! The highlight are the pearls. They soak the pearls in the brown sugar liquid so that it gives it the brown sugar flavour. Also they put the brown sugar liquid around the cup and pour milk into it! Best of the best milk tea I’ve tasted. Don’t go anywhere, stay here because Xing Fu Tang is here!
