I booked online early morning around 8AM for a 10AM pick up for that same day and had no issues at all. I didn’t even need to call them as I got a confirmation email right away. We were picked up on time and had a good trip from PD to Cairns. I found BTS to be one of the cheaper options for transport at $39 each when booking one way cheaper if booked round trip.
Arrived in Cairns and booked a BTS bus to take us to Port Douglas. Fantastic cheerful driver Corey got us safely to our destination. Friendly to all the customers and keeping us well informed at each stop. Will definately use BTS again and recommend to our friends.
They are excellent!! I was initially upset as they cancelled my trip from cairns airport to Port Douglas as the flight was delayed and they stick to scheduled departure.but they suggested other coach..really sweet of that. My trip down from pd to cairns airport with kuranda trip on last day with my baggage under Thier custody was handled so good and driver Corey was so amazing..They are punctual and we must also adhere to that so that all goes fine.rates are reasonable compared to others.
all the team at BTS Port Douglas are always on time helpful, there drivers are the best in the business always drive safe a the bus are always nice and clean. all the drive are always nice and will go that extra bit help you out. rob and the team are best i always use them for my travels to and from the airport and also to Mossman, Carins city
Your driver with rego 720TXC and trailer number CE3247 driving past the airport at 16:35 on 25th August was diving extremely dangerously, cutting us off numerous times as well as other vehicles on The Captain Cook Highway.
They were 15 mins late picking us up to go to Hartleys with no apology . Then when picking us up to go back to our hotel didn't even have our name on the list even though we booked months ago and xonf confirmed booking the day before . Terrible company will never use again.
Leave lots of time for airport. We ended up arriving 30 mins after we were told we’d get there ‘at the latest’. Part of this was due to really bad traffic which was beyond their control but they also swapped drivers which meant we were waiting for 15-20 mins vs what we expected. Service was very friendly and ultimately we made our flight but it wasn’t helped by the unexpected wait!
My driver actually knew how to drive and priotised passenger safety when encountering problem drivers. Some bus drivers become blasé with time; ours was calm and collected.
Have used them regularly to get to Mossman and have never had an issue. Always on time and drivers are very friendly and informative
A great bus service with friendly informative staff and the best price between Cains and Port Douglas
