Very very good staff. They chased up a warranty to confirm we can get it. One staff member then delivered our fridge and washing machine. He arrived right on time. Friendly, polite, then brought products up elevator and helped install, for free, plus gave advice. He also cared about not ruining floorboards and walls,when fitting the products into apartment. Absolutely first class behaviour and business conduct.
I recently bought Bosch washing machine from Betta Sydney road store and it has been a wonderful experience. Apart from the product being nice, I m highly impressed with the staff, both manager Greg and Jeremy are such wonderful people. I was given full support and cooperation in deciding the product and I personally reckon to buy products from Betta as they beat the best lowest prices and so on. I'm looking forward to buy furniture as I found them to be quiet reasonable in that section too.
Easy friendly staff. Best prices for the same appliance elsewhere. I bought a fridge from here with left opening door though manufacturers don't warranty it. Store picked up and swapped for another brand. Manager was so helpful and delivery driver was very accomodating too. Highly recommend this store to purchase white goods. Thank you
Called to ask about a dryer, guy said it wasn't in stock, plus couldn't tell me when it was in stock. Told me he had to call head office on Monday to find out. Then I asked if they price match, he said he couldn't do it in store but they might be able to online. Dude definitely missed an opportunity to sell me a dryer because his process was all about saying everything was dependent with head office and online.
I wouldn't ever order anything from these guys online. They probably wont have it in stock. Even though you've paid for it they'll ask you to confirm your order because THEY don't have it in stock. Ridiculous service. Id suggest to them to update there online services and if they get a PAID order online that they dont have, order it in straight away and email the customer about the delay. Selling items out of stock is your responsibility, not the customers. If they refuse and want a refund the cost is on you BETTA. FFS
**** stay away *** Aside from being over priced by at least $100 on everything, worse shopping experience. Drove 1hr after being told they have stock, then told only display is available, then told once about to pAy that i can't take it until tomorrow. I cancelled te order but had already paid my delivery drive the $150 charge.
Friendly staffs, wide range products, good price. I bought Euro Style cook top and the staff helped me to pick up the better value one that is made in Italy.
I went to Betta Brunswick after a larger chain had no time for questions. Going to Betta was a great experience. Jeremy answered lots of questions and went out of his way, Greg got back to me really quickly - and their delivery driver Paul - went above and beyond. The installation proved to be much more complicated and he proceeded and solved it. Can't thank him enough. I won't be going anywhere else for white goods.Thanks Betta Brunswick. Called up to see if something was in stock before coming down to the store in person. Guy was friendly enough but he was busy with another customer and said he'd call me straight back. Never did. Went and bought the product elsewhere.
Empty shelves and poorly maintained. Save time and don't bother visiting. Better off going to Harvey Norman, Good Guys etc.
