We try to get to the brown hill once a month, they seriously have the best parmas in Ballarat. Even Victoria. Never ever disappointed. The staff are Absolutley amazing and attentive. We go out a lot for dinner and can’t find a pub that does a Parma like the brown hill. The spudarama especially. Thanks guys. You smash it Everytime.
What a shame two of the best chefs in Ballarat have left , the meals you created were some of the best going around, I doubt whether the meals will ever be as good , good luck to you both 5 stars to the chefs
A great selection of pub meals - I had the vegetarian lasagne and it was delicious. You don’t come here for the ambiance; unless you want an authentic old style suburban pub with the bright lights and TAB. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was great. I came here with two people with food allergies and they couldn’t have been more accommodating.
This place is great nice food and great staff but staff was also my problem. 2 of the staff were talking and not paying attention and were talking without getting my order and that's the only problem
What an awesome little hotel with all the personal stuff thrown in. The staff are marvelous and the meal was amazing. We will be back that's for sure.
Had a meal on Saturday, it was really nice, the service was great, staff were friendly. Highly recommend for a meal. Food & drinks: Very thing was great.

I had lunch here during a show event in the community hall nearby. It's nice, cosy, and modern inside and there's an outdoor dining patio as an option. The menu has something for all tastes, but I chose a traditional chicken schnitzel with chips and salad. The serve was huge and nicely cooked and the salad more substantial than just a few leafs. The staff and service is excellent and the tap beer great. I really enjoyed this country pub and can recommend to others for a hearty meal and frothy.
Thought I'd check their Parma for dinner and I'm thinking it was at least equal to the best I've had. Updated from spell check error but no changed.Service: 5/5
