I can't recommend them at all based on my experience. I found them flexible with truth telling due to some of their advice and woeful attitude when I questioned said advice. Gave me a list of costly repairs that "needed" doing urgently on my next service. Got a second opinion, new mechanic, saved a heap of money and now order my parts directly from the UK and couldn't be happier. It's a no from me, but you do you.

I would like to thank the team for getting us back to Melbourne after suffering a breakdown. Being fully booked out the team managed to squeeze us in to troubleshoot and fix our issue. We just can’t recommend them for being able to supply parts quickly and resolve issues with Landrovers.

First time with service here and they did a good job.

Such a great experience sourcing and helping to fit second hand parts for my Discovery 3. I thoroughly recommend this company as going above and beyond in helping with Land Rovers. We were pleasantly surprised by every interaction we had at British Off Road Chevallum.

We've been taking our 2012 Land Rover Discovery 4 here for 5 years and our 2014 Range Rover Sport for 2 years. Very customer focused and a clear attention to detail and proactive maintenance. We've had a few dramas with our cars and the team at British Offroad have always been able to get us back on the road quickly. We were initially apprehensive about taking quite new cars to an Indy dealer previously always had our cars serviced by dealers but can strongly recommend their workmanship. Make sure you book in early as they're often booked out for 4+ weeks.

Whilst I have not had work done on my car at British Off Roads, the honestly from Paul and Chris pre purchase has likely saved me a small fortune. Integrity goes a long way! Cheers chaps.

A long and well established enterprise with a range of technical expertise. Many used parts from their own wrecking yard. New parts and onsite servicing available. Access is just off the highway. Friendly and helpful staff.
