Excellent service and food. My steak was cooked to perfection and our scallop entree was bursting with flavour. The staff were very friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. Thank you Britannia, we will be back next time we’re in Queenstown

A superb place to eat with a good menu. The staff are great and the Britannia dessert with a dark chocolate ship, grand Marnier ice cream and with the mast and rigging in toffee was a work of art! See the photo.
Absolutely amazing! The staff were wonderfully friendly and happy. We had our 1 year old with us and they accommodated us quickly and with ease. The decor of Britannia is perfect! It creates an amazing dining experience. The food was superb and so well priced for the quality and quantity served. Do yourself a favour and have a meal there.
The staff were really friendly and helpful. Food was excellent. There were four of us and we all loved our meals. I had the scallops and they were yum and there was definitely enough of them which is unfortunately unusual. My husband had a chicken breast in filo and he raved about it. Great experience. Highly recommend.
Fun quirky interior and lovely staff, but the food we had was average. We both had blue cod which was described as pan fried but was more like deep fried. The meal was too oily/buttery and could have been so much better.
We were recommended by the hotel staff. The restaurant ambience is unique, we feel like eating inside a ship. We ordered fried calamari, lamb rack, rib eye and blue cod... And all came with the great taste. The calamari was superb, and lamb rack is easily can be a winning main course. Special note also addressed to French Fries.... Some who they elevated this simple sidedish to the next level. Definitely recommended place to go.
Such a nice place to visit if you want a good quality meal. I got the monk fish which was absolutely beautiful and the ship themed dessert was brilliant too. Best place to eat in Queenstown in my opinion. Some might consider it pricy but for what you get it is definitely worth it. 5 stars all the way!
