Lovely staff. I had an excellent massage with Sarah. A very professional organisation with a wide range of options for improving your health. They have clearly put a lot of effort into getting the best people to work in the practice which is the sign of a great business.
A little in the expensive side, but that is not surprising given the quality of the staff and the results (and they are in the health industry).

Anne-Marie & the whole team at BNH have been absolutely wonderful in helping me to understand my range of seemingly unrelated symptoms in an integrated and holistic way. With the guidance & support of the BNH team I have recently been diagnosed with endometriosis and PCOS by my gynaecologist and undergone a laparoscopic resection of the endo. I feel so supported and am eternally grateful for the Health Reboot program. It has already been so transformational and my increased health & vitality has allowed me to start feeling like myself again.

Aside from Anne-Marie I have also seen Makensi and Angela for ancillary appointments:
- Makensi is an incredibly intuitive holographic kinesthetics practitioner who allowed me to undergo a very profound emotional cleansing process that I couldn't have achieved without her help. Sometimes you just need a professional to help you release emotional blockages, thought patterns and beliefs, and Makensi is definitely that.
- Angela is really good at what she does, and for the first time ever (after seeing Angela for an acupuncture session) I experienced an almost pain-free period, despite having Stage 4 endo and PCOS. Thank you again Angela!!

This is the only place where I have felt my muscles be relieved and for a prolonged period of time. I highly recommend Sarah's myotherapy !
