Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre BCEC boasts spacious and well-designed exhibition halls. The venue offers flexible layouts that cater to a variety of event types—from small industry expos to large international trade shows. The flow of the space makes it easy to navigate between booths, stages, and activity areas.nnThe centre is perfectly situated in South Bank, Brisbane’s cultural and lifestyle hub. With easy access to public transportation and surrounded by cafes, hotels, and the riverside, it’s a fantastic location for both exhibitors and visitors.nnI was invited to attend a pet supplies exhibition at BCEC and truly enjoyed the experience. I gained lots of useful insights, discovered some great new products. I got special exhibition prices on the pet products I purchased. It was a fun and rewarding event overall.
Air conditioned a necessity on a warm Brisbane day with beautiful windows and natural light.nLoved the different halls/sections that opened onto each other that make the space feel airy and welcoming compared to many convention centres. It created good spaces to take a break from the main events.nnRecharge stations with powerpoints all along the side hall as well as drink stations to fill water bottles. Comfortable and ample seating and bins and recycling along this section. A few vending machines with snacks and charging devices.nnPlenty of toilets in each section.nMen’s toilets were very clean and didn’t smell, and had bag hooks on the backs of the doors. Would be good to have sanitary bins in each for people who need them.nnWell signposted and easy access from train station.nParking underneath, with a pick up/taxi spot too.nnI can see why this is one of the best convention halls around. Very well thought out and enjoyable venue. I was there for SupaNova expo and it was a great visit. Their staff were absolutely outstanding in crowd management, communication, and making sure everyone had a great day at the con
