Came here for Home Alone in Concert. The event was amazing, but one staff member, at door 1, with blonde frizzy hair and glasses was not helpful. She expected me and my children to walk in the dark and only pointed toward our seats instead of guiding us.nnAnother young Asian lady with a side braid and a sweet voice was very welcoming and tried to help, but the blonde usher kept interrupting her. The blonde usher only flashed her torch to check the ticket and did not use it to guide us. Even when she walked ahead, she shone the light on herself and not on the path for us.nnDuring the interval, the Asian usher repeatedly bowed, apologised, and explained her colleague was new, though it did not excuse the treatment. Her kindness and professionalism stood out, which is why I’m rating it 5 stars.nnThe venue itself was excellent, with beautiful Christmas displays, convenient parking, and a central Brisbane location that makes it easy to find food and activities afterward.
Great venue in the heart of South Bank!nHuge spaces, easy to navigate, and the vibe is always lively. Staff are friendly and events run smoothly. Parking is super convenient, public transport right outside. Only downside? Food is pricey and pretty average — better to eat nearby. Still one of Brisbane’s top spots for big events. Would happily come again!
Great place to host events. Within walking distance from various hotels, restaurants, and tourist attractions. The venue itself is well-maintained. with strategically placed escalators and elevators for easy access. There's also a parking garage adjacent to the property, which is a plus.
Fantastic, happy, helpful staff. Clear easy instructions to find way to where I needed to be. Good processes to get the large number of people to their seats in good time. Doors open early to avoid a rush with thousands looking for their seats.
Fabulous time here, great venue, so close to the train station. Seats are comfortable and lots of leg room too. Staff are very friendly and helpful
