Very fast and efficient service and very reasonable price. Got a quote from a competitor for the same thing and they wanted to charge over $100 more for the same thing. Very happy and i'll be back for sure.

booked a $89 service, got charged $118 for an airfilter and bulb replacement I never ask for. Left the car with 4 wheel cover and got it back with only 3 wheel covers. Complaint the following Monday and was told to bring the car in again. There are more things in life than driving back and forth to Bethania or are they offering a hire car until they find the wheel cover? They got the rego/vin on file and should be able to buy a original wheel cover. Or a set of 4 cost $30 at supercheap. extremly poor and rude customer service. Thats the last time the have done a so called service for us (they lost 2 cars). Very dodgy!

Logbook service. Was sold a VIP plan that was sold as only paying for parts and oil for a range of services. Went to pick up the car for a minor service and they say the VIP package I was sold doesn't cover labour!! So got charged $227 for a minor service. Also when I dropped it in I told Clayton about the brake light being out on the drivers side. It didn't get fixed or even mentioned in the report. Even though the service states they did a lights, wipers and washer check. So did they actually do anything? Not sure. Very dodgy operation would not recommend. If I could give it zero stars I would. I have contacted head office to get a refund.
