I don't feel like I'm getting screwed with these guys. They give it to me straight, and I appreciate that. 
I was leaving on vacation at 12 recently, and at 10 I noticed a nail in my tyre. I rang them, thinking they wouldn't be able to fit me in, but they did. And they were able to repair it, as opposed to replacing it. Sweet! I will continue to go here and I won't hesitate to recommend them.

Cars timing was out, dude said he knew the problem which was the coils, replaced the coils at 850, drove off with  as bad timing as I arrived. Did some quick fix that just got me home, still rough, then 2nd drive timing was completely out. Went back and they had a look and said it was timing chain which would be over 2k to fix. Not worth fixing. Car is a wreck. If they established this fault first I wouldn't have spent anything, instead I wasted $850.

Real Gentleman. This was an amazing service. An excellent customer service. and well experienced.
I was travelling from Rockhampton to Brisbane  and found some abnormal sound coming out of my car and went to see Mark at Bridgestone @forest Lake and do a safety inspection

An experience mechanic had an inspection and went for highway drive taking more than hour of labour and found out some minor issue with gear box main bearing and advised that it is normal have that sound in this model and did not charge any cents for the greater service. 

I highly recommend this service centre for anyone looking for a reliable  service station.
