We put our trust in Brian Burch’s services and understood that we’d be covered by insurance if any damage occurred. At some point our piano had a chunk taken out of the corner of it in the process of the move. We noticed it the day we saw it delivered... immediately we rang Brian and he went into defence mode suggesting there was no possible way his men could have done any damage. As if the piano had been bubble wrapped and packed in a crate. It wasn’t, it was lifted onto a trolley and pushed onto a truck. I understand these things happen. And have tried to be reasonable about a solution. 6 months later, our beloved piano still has a chunk missing. Really disappointed with the fact it happened but more disappointed that there’s been no effort to repair the damage. Would not recommend you trust these guys to move your piano if it’s an item you treasure.
