They may be a fast delivery service, but i have had parcels at their depot, and they will not deliver to my property which is 1 klm from the main highway, and where the delivery van crosses a bridge to get onto the highway, it means i have to drive 27 klm to pick up my parcels. When the driver only had to drive 1klm to drop it off.  This is rediculous, and they want you to use them. After speaking with the depot office, there was no effort by them to make the delivery, other than contacting the sender to pay extra costs, for the 1klm delivery. Very unbusiness like, and definitely not my sort of business to deal with.

Wish you could give zero stars. They lost a parcel I sent and communication was non-existent.

arrogance plus, not the first time, have refused to purchase from companies that use slow-rude-way (fastway), they just dont care AT ALL.
Dont know about rest of Australia, BUT Adelaide extremely rude.

Didn't even knock on the damn door just left the card to go pick it up 20 km away thanks a lot

I cannot express how grateful I am that this company let me in after hours (by 20 minutes) to collect a parcel that I desperately needed. A special thanks to the owner who stayed back to help me do so. Working in retail myself, I'm not sure I would have shown the same effort, so again, Thank you so much.
