I am beyond impressed! Everything has exceeded my expectation. As someone who had never used storage before, I was expecting the process to be much more difficult. However, the staff there in particular, Chris made everything super simple. I was surprised at how pristine the storage space was and the price seemed almost too good to be true. Will definitely use their services again in the future and will recommend them to everyone I know. The best customer service I have received in a long time. A+++!

I shopped around for quotes before choosing storage king. They were not only the lowest quote, but offered me a month for free when I paid for 6 months. The service was friendly and fast, and I had a guided tour of the facilities before making up my mind. The site is clean and the security is excellent. The last thing I want to worry about while transitioning between properties is if my belongings are safe. Great business and a job well done.

The two staff members are so helpful.  I spoke to Bindi on the phone, after ringing 3  other storage companies and it was her friendly and helpful professionalism that made me decide to go with storage king in east Geelong.  On our moving day Chris couldn't have been more helpful. Gave me full details on how the system works, how to gain entry, what to do when using the Self storage facility to store and remove our belongings, how to use the elevator to the first floor units. Also gave me a good rate.  Highly recommend This business.

From the moment I poked my head in, enquiring about getting a storage unit,I have been almost shocked with the high level of customer service provided. It seems that mediocre customer service is the norm these days, so I have been absolutely delighted with how efficient and accommodating and just plain nice Kathy has been throughout. She is very pleasant to deal with and never made me feel like I was being a nuisance even though I probably was, repeatedly!!.  I can thoroughly recommend Storage King East Geelong as a very well-run business.

Having moved from Melbourne a couple of months ago I have found Storage King East Geelong to be the most professional and caring staff to deal with. I initially had rang other storage places in Geelong but once I spoke with Storage King East Geelong I knew I was making the right choice, I was so happy with the service they provided in the lead up to the move and the service I have received since leaving my things still in storage there. I recommend this help full and friendly staff to my friends anytime.

Very attentive service and quick signup. I was a previous tenant for about 6 years a while back. We needed a storage unit fast but there was nothing available at the time of my query last week. Bindi and Chris worked hard to get a space ready for me and were able to arrange it within 24 hours. The signup was quick & painless.

I have been a customer for the last 3-4 years. I am very pleased with the new management team at this Storage King in East Geelong, who took over within the last 12 months. Chris has ensured that all of my enquiries are followed up and has provided exceptional customer service.

Have not had a single problem! They had the space I needed and at a competitive cost and I shopped around first!! I couldn't be happier! They have also happily without fuss, put up with me losing my code. The security features included were well above what I expected!
