Good flavour, service and location. Average service speed and atmosphere. Amazing value - regular size cup, 700ml, is priced the same as 500ml cups at other stores large size is 1 litre! I had a good experience here.
Poor customer service. Sometimes they serve you while talking to their friends in the phone. Tea is great but pick up your customer game.
the pearls tasted like they were 10 years old boiled in chlorine. dont go, its a waste of time and money. just go to gongcha. they dont know what they are doing
I got the coffee frappe, it was really delicious and good value - my drink was massive. Keen to try some pearl milk tea next time!

sooo good bubble tea with very soft pearls
Best Bubble Tea in the market. Pearls are cooked perfectly. I've tried every green tea flavour and I cannot fault any. I don't know of any tea place that sells 1 litre of tea with so much toppings so amazing. I was in QLD for 1 week and came everyday, tea was 100% and so was the customer service.
