This place had super friendly staff and amazing rooms! The puzzles were not too hard and not too easy, which was great. Unfortunately a few of the props seemed a bit old and used, but they still did their job! Amazing experience!

We (3 Families with Middle Age/Teenager Kids) planned a whole trip to Sydney CBD & included this Escape Room (Break The Code) in our program, Bought some Vouchers, checked their availability for the time & date we wanted & they were available. So everything seemed fine & going according to Plan. However, during the last step of the booking process (after we paid) they refused to honour the Vouchers because they had a condition that booking must be after 12 pm (which was not listed in the Offer Details, not even in the fine print) ! On top of that they were no availability what so ever before 12 pm ! Which wad pathetic! Emailed the Business Owner (Tove) & also rang & spoke to staff over the phone to explain to them the situation, however they didn't care ! Don't waste your money or your Time

Great escape room!! Did the Indiana Jones room and it was definitely very challenging, but doable. We made it with 2.5 mins to spare. When we needed a clue the game masters were very clear and helpful. The props and puzzles were very well thought out and everything flowed smoothyl. I would definitely recommend Indiana Jones, and also the Da Vinci room which I did last year. The games are definitely a fun and unique way to spend time with mates!

3rd escape room I've ever played, and managed to escape the Avatar room in 45 min with 2 other friends :) By far the most creative use of technology I have seen and the puzzles were definitely doable, but the last one stumped us for a while!!! :D Some of the props could do with a few touchups as they were not impossible to see, but not 100% clear. We tried contacting them on a number of occasions however as there were no bookings at the time, the place was not open (E.g. The advertised opening times were 10am-10pm, yet when we tried going in at 11am, the lift was not yet open. Hence we had to walk in and book when someone was playing a room as the place was closed. Despite that, it was the most enjoyable game I've played and was very creative! Our host was great and was very quick to respond! Would definitely recommend and visit again!

We had quite a good time here doing the Indiana Jones room. The puzzle was quite difficult (we did manage to get out before the timer) but we found it was a bit vague as to what we had to do rather than the puzzle being challangeing. It was extremely dark, which I get was part of it but it just got a bit annoying because we were battling the darkness rather than solving the puzzle. The actual look of the room was also a bit meh especially compared to some other escape rooms in the city. It's also kind of hard to find (thats the first puzzle). The staff were very helpful with the booking, but when part of their room was broken they blamed us rather than apologies. I had mixed feelings leaving, the staff were both helpful, but also rude. The puzzle was cool but also annoying in places. I'd definitely like to try one other other ones, but there are better escape rooms in the city.
