My sons love in particular Bread of Europe's ciabatta, which is a beautiful loaf and should be consumed immediately! They also do a great line in speciality seasonal products like the Stollen and christmas mince tarts at Christmas, and their divine hot cross buns for Easter. Highly recommend the whole range, but most stars for the ciabatta and the San Francisco Sourdough (which is especially good toasted the next day). BoE was founded by the same guy who started Divine Cakes and Desserts so if you are a fan of their fresh baked goodies, you will love his breads too.

This was suggested to me by the lovely woman serving. What a hit. Mmmm this is amazing with a Kapati Blue cheese. The texture is firm yet chewy. I love it Breads of Europe have a wonderful slection to chose from and the service is great. They really know their bread

I bought some of the Breads of Europe bread at the Riccarton Market and the Vegetarian Expo in chch. All the breads look so good. I'm into wholegrains so I love the 9 grain bread - wholemeal with pumpkin, sunflower and sesame seeds, linseed and poppy seeds yum! Usually breads like this can be too dense, but this one was perfect. Watch out it's so fresh and delicious you won't be able to stop youself! If only there was a shop close to my work for lunch time snacks :)
