Had a door roller fail after about a decade so called in to see the team to purchase some replacement rollers and cartridges. The wonderful Rhiannon provided me with two new runners and cartridges free of charge. I was blown away with how helpful and knowledgeable Rhiannon was and her customer service is excellent. Spend over 50k on Windows and doors. Poor workmanship zero q and a. Issues with every window and door. Deep scratching and holes in frames. They just wrapped them up and sent them out. Day 67 and still waiting for my windows and doors to be fixed. Cannot clad my home till the repairs are done. Horrible company would never use again

Building a home on the Sunshine Coast and using a fair bit of builder spec’d doors, windows and louvres from Bradnams. Visited Bradnam’s showroom at Boondall today, to view/ discuss their range of products. We had the good fortune of being looked after by Bron whose customer service could not be faulted. Bron was friendly, informative and the product knowledge was exceptional. We walked out of the showroom with every query we had explained and answered.
