I had the pleasure of working with Bronwyne, who made the entire process of selecting the right windows for my needs incredibly easy and seamless. Her expertise and friendly demeanor made all the difference. The product quality is fantastic, and the overall experience was excellent. I highly recommend visiting Bradnam's for top-notch service and outstanding windows and doors!
Building a home on the Sunshine Coast and using a fair bit of builder spec’d doors, windows and louvres from Bradnams. Visited Bradnam’s showroom at Boondall today, to view/ discuss their range of products. We had the good fortune of being looked after by Bron whose customer service could not be faulted. Bron was friendly, informative and the product knowledge was exceptional. We walked out of the showroom with every query we had explained and answered. Bron is an absolute Gem- thanks heaps!nMichael and Anne H
needed to replace 20y.o rollers on sliding door. Bronwyne at Bradnams replied very promptly to my email and correctly identified the part which was still in stock. when I picked up, Bronwyne helped again and the price was most reasonable. great service and the door rolls beautifully smooth and quiet - will now be able to sneak out unnoticed!
A huge shout out to Bron, who fixed me up with replacement latches for 20-year-old sliding windows. Super nice, polite, efficient and kind. Excellent customer service.
