The shop is tidy and the staff are pleasant. They have a great range of food and beverages. However they always seem understaffed. No matter the time of day I seem to have to wait ages . I do see staff stocking up a shelf or replenishes the donuts, but they could pause to help serve. Sometimes the line is out the door.
Only 1 staff member, poor woman was run off her feet, serving and making coffee, where were the other staff? 20 mins wait for a coffee.
Good stop. Lots of room for vehicles. Very busy area. Prices are reasonable. Staff are friendly.
Never had an issues. Always a quick trip with their app. Which I suggest everyone gets as I also was able to get a car wash and my daughter had a blast. Makes quick trips so handy when on a time limit or carrying cranky kiddos

Always use bp as my number one petrol station, first time going to rangiora one for a car wash, the shop has everything you need! But who every is in charge of this bp in particular needs to recognise their great staff!! His name was Stuart and as soon as you walk in he greets you, and is super friendly while serving you! His customer service was the best by far I’ve seen in ages! Someone make him employee of the month or give me a raise!!

Great location BP with a big wide forecourt, good parking and air access, also truckstop diesel if needed. Friendly staff and a clean store, big food offer with lots of hot food and prepacked items. Coffee was great and prepared quickly. Would visit again if passing through Rangiora
Regular customer buy a chai latte to drink on my way home after finishing work at 11pm. Occasionally visit during day but new staff need to be trained at what a Chai latte is on several occasions over the past 2 months have been given coffee with Chai or Chai with coffee in.
