This has to be one of the worst bp in all of Canterbury. Young staff who don't seem to have any idea on customer service. Im surprised if they knew what petrol is. Let's just keep making coffees and not serving anyone. I'll pay the extra 15 cents a liter a z thanks
BP Service...no service at all!!! At 11.30 asked for chicken....lady replies...no chicken. I said what time will you have chicken? She said don't even know what time it is. I said 11.30am....she said..maybe 12 noon?? Hoping for better service elsewhere!
Always use bp as my number one petrol station, first time going to rangiora one for a car wash, the shop has everything you need! But who every is in charge of this bp in particular needs to recognise their great staff!! His name was Stuart and as soon as you walk in he greets you, and is super friendly while serving you! His customer service was the best by far I’ve seen in ages! Someone make him employee of the month or give me a raise!!
Won't be back here my pie was bloody cold and rude customer service would give 0 but won't let.
