Disappointed in the state of my ute after "Super Deluxe" wash.

Looks like it's been a rushed job with Windows not done properly. No effort to remove a couple of minor stains on the seats.
Centre console not vacuumed or whiped.

Came in expecting bad after all those reviews but service was 4/5 car cleaned 4/5 tires 5/5

Went to wash my car and was served by the manager. He was one of the most horrible manager i've seen. When I walked in the office, he looked disengaged. Didn't get greetings or how can I help you. He just stood there. So I started the conversation by asking which one of the packet includes interior design and he answered half assed "i dont know man". When I asked can I use entertainment book he answered "Nope". So finally I decided to pay for deluxe packet. After I paid and about to walked out he yelled out "KEYS!!! I NEED KEYS!!!" What kind of manager yelled out to customer.  

Upon talking to the other employee apparently that is the manager's normal behaviour. Rude and grumpy to customer even to the employee. The employee then apologised on his behalf. what kind of manager rude to people? You are selling service and yet you provided none. 

On the positive note, my car is clean but the window is not squeaky clean there are some marks.

Well I can honestly say that expected more. Arriving at 10an Sunday morning to the car park with two uncleaned cars you wouldn't expect to be told three was a 3 hour wait. What made this a truly awful experience was the attitude of the person behind the till. Grunted at on entry which I took as "What service do you want!". Avoid at all cost!
