It was bad enough to be treated like an idiot by a staff member because I had been awake most of the night with a sick grandchild and he had to repeat several times which way the card was swiped but then he followed it with a smug look and sarcastic tone.nCustomer service is dead at this BP

I give 3 cause the food is better then most I have tried but when U start asking questions or how much the food costs the server male got rude and abrupt I hate getting up early but I am still not rude to my customers.
Update - 24th Apr '23 - tried to call their 'customer service' number per their response and it just hangs up on me. Deplorable service. NOT WORTH ANY STARSnAll smoke and mirrors for customer service. Visited this morning at 4:45 am and their eftpos machine was not working on my phone app. The manager was very rude to me after they had made my coffee. I only had $4.00 and the cheapest coffee was $4.95 so he sent me away without the coffee they had just made. My CC on my phone worked all day everywhere else until tonight at another BP where it was declined again. Seems the issue is not with me, but with BP. My issue is with the first BP and how rude the manager was and the fact he gave me a lecture about always having cash. I am over 60 years old and I do not need lectures like that when the issue is not with me.
Definitely one of the nicest petrol stations I’ve been to. Great music, ambiance and staff.
