The worst customer service, Guys speaking their native language and ignoring customers. Almost every time i come here i see the same so compelled to write a review.
The worst customer service experience on Tuesday night. Whoever was on night shift around 11:30pm on the 16/07/2024, the management either gotta train him better or tell him to take things more seriously. I went in the counter the night counter where you need to be speaking through the glass to do a legal purchase of cigarettes. I show him my id and it clearly shows that I am well over the legal age but yet he shakes his head n gives no explanation. I didn’t even have a fake id, it was a legit id which is issued by the WA government. I stay calm trying to ask him why my rights to purchase a good has been denied even tho I have legit id to verify my age. I even tried showing him my id again thinking he saw wrong dates or numbers but he pretended I was not there. When I ask him for the reason he pretends that I’m not there. I don’t know if he was trying to be racist or something cause it seemed like he was, the way he was ignoring me. I’m pretty sure if there was another person he would have reacted differently. I stood outside for sometime trying to talk I was not showing any aggression or anything at any time and get a proper explanation for the denial of my purchase in the cold at night but he was pretending i wasn’t there at all. I was thinking of calling the cops cause he was denying the right to my purchase over some goods. I will not hold back if the same thing happens again, I will make sure to call the cops straight away for taking away my right to legal goods and services.i feel highly disrespected and violated.That person who was at the shift should really look into how to do customer service and maybe read properly . Never been treated so poorly, wouldn’t recommend people to go to this particular BP.
Poor service and no toilet to use for the customers which is sometimes really importantnAsked the staff about toilet and he replied in a rude tone, no toilet
