I dropped in here as I was almost out of fuel but unfortunately had to pay a higher rate for fuel.nFuel expensive, service rude and toilets filthy

people need to be able to get fuel and pay quickly and get out. I don't have time to stand around while you make coffee for other people. It's a service station, not a cafe. I'm walking out next time and time after that will be at a different servo.

very bad customer servicennI had a terrible experience at this BP fuel station. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. Their behaviour towards customers is unacceptable — no courtesy or respect at all. Definitely not coming back here and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Upon arriving to fill my tank, I noticed the customer service representative was not at the counter but rather occupied with cleaning or other tasks in the back. After completing my transaction at the night window, I was met with a complete lack of basic courtesy—no greeting, no acknowledgment.nTo my dismay, when I ordered coffee, the same employee prepared it without changing the gloves he had been using for cleaning or backroom work. This is utterly unhygienic and unacceptable. As a customer, I expect basic standards of cleanliness and professionalism, especially when handling food and beverages.nThis experience was both disgusting and disappointing. I will hesitate to return unless significant improvements are made in staff training and adherence to hygiene protocols.

Today I popped in around quarter to 4 to fuel up and grabbed a coffee, but it was pretty much cold when I got it. WASTE OF MONEY
