Went in today at 5 past 6 on 7th of July to buy fuel and use the toilet. They lost a 138 fuel sail as they made up a pathetic excuse that the toilet wasn’t working and the staff recommended I use the 7 eleven just down the road. It would be against the law for there not to be a working toilet and running water for the staff. I would recommend bypassing this service station as it is falsely advertised as having toilet facilities. I will also be sending the BP franchise management an email in regards to either a hygiene or a customer service problem
I have been ordering coffee on the way to work over the phone so I don't wait. This morning one of your arrogant staff members wouldn't take my orders. I told him I have been doing this for 2 weeks now and he wouldn't budge. I no longer will be coming here as it makes me late to work! I know the owner and he wouldn't be liking this review cause he runs this service station on point with everything. Sorry but Thanks to your arrogant staff I no longer will be coming to have a nice coffee
In response to the recent review posted by Mahmoud Bouzeid. Mahmoud, on behalf of management, we understand your frustration. In our defence, due to the aforementioned 'toilet paper shortage', we were no longer able to source the stock from our regular supplier. We were however able to source the stock from an alternative supplier for your convenience, although at a significantly higher cost base. In this context, our current pricing in fact reflects our attempt to maintain shop margin, not to 'take advantage'. We hope to see you again. Cheers and have a great day.

I have been going to this fuel stsion for 8 + years. Om my last trip I purchsed $174 worth of fuel and on paying they claimed I had pumped twice taking an extra $100 worth of fuel. I explained it was impossible given the fuel tank only holds 150Lts and they claimed I had pumped 190+!nnThe Owner / Manager was out of this world rude when I challenged his computer system being wrong. He told me he did not need customers like me and went on to abuse me in front of other customers.nnYes I was pretty angry with him but only after 25 minutes of him checking video footage and telling me I had done something I clearly had not.nnWhilst leaving he demonstrated a level of maturity by presenti g his middle finger to me.nnMaybe worth a vist from Fair Trading to check the books..nnI will avoid the place at all costs in future
