Amazing staff, super helpful, the lady that I spoke to over the phone date: 15/08/2022. I just got off the phone to a lovely customer service officer. I had ordered my Uber and I called and asked for the maxibon ice creams to be swapped for a different flavour. The CSO stopped the Uber driver who had already picked up the order and swapped the maxibons for me. Without any hesitation or frustration. Awesome stuff. Love to see it - whatever she’s getting paid it’s not enough

Cashier threw flirts at my boyfriend. As a women i obviously would not feel comfortable with ANOTHER. fellow women flirt with a man with a girlfriend. We are no longer customers and will not be purchasing products nor petrol here thank u.

One Of the best bp service stations in sydney, the staff are so polite, curtious, and professional, a clean beautiful station, allways look forward getting my coffee.
Some of the staff members in this petrol service station, especially the old female employee that I met 15/11/21 at ~5:10pm, are very Rude & dishonest. Even my 8-year old child observed the situation & said "she lied to you mom, she wrote her name down on the receip not the same with the name she told you". Be Aware of these people!
Fuel prices typical of what's happening currently. However the BP App could not pick up that I was there, even though at previous times it has. Inside there's lots on offer. Server was polite and fast.

The are really good at customer service. Greeting, smile, friendly like professional. Very exceptional service for an ordinary service centre.
