I took my car to the BP because my tire was flat and the spare tire did not have much air in it. The air hose actually took air out of my tire and made it even flatter. So I went around the corner to the other BP station and the air pump was not working at all.  You would think that someone would check these daily and make sure they work.  Was not happy about not 1 but 2 stations having defection air pumps&lt; It's not good at all.

The women working today morning and Monday morning is so rude with terrible customer service and bad coffees, the lady with the scarf does great coffees and always welcomes with a smile

The customer service at Urbanista is second to none. Always feel extremely welcomed. Not to mention, they make the best coffee! I'll go out of my way just to pass an Urbanista for their coffee!

I fill up 350L of PULP 95 at a time, the pumps are slow compared to the other BP around the corner. Pricing is good, please turn up the flow rate on your pumps so we can fill up quicker. I’ll update my review to 5 stars once I see the pumps quicker. Cheers

Horrible service,  Gave them a call regarding the rapid test and asked how much the price is for one. The girl spoke really fast and didn’t answer my question and just ended the call on me.

Reason for my 5 stars Mr. Zarif nayel . Great at what he does. Very good at communication.very friendly and active. 5 stars from my side.

This petrol station appears to be trying to break the world record for selling the most expensive confectionary in the world. $6 for a packet of chips? $5 for a chocolate bar? Keep going higher guys! You can do it!
