The auto car wash at this BP is not as good as before. Purchased a prestige wash, and when it was done, like nothing happened. Don’t know what they have saved and how much they have saved by cutting the corners, definitely not their reputation.
I drive a fleet vehicle and I pay for petrol using the fleet BP fuel card that only accepts payment for 91 fuel. Which is why I was surprised when it the fuel card was declined as the service attendant advised I had used 95 fuel.nOn the payment display monitor, I noticed the service attendant had charged me for 2 pumps pumps 3&4. I advised him I had filled up at pump 3 where 91 fuel was used. Pump 4 used 95 fuel. I brought this to the service attendant's attention and he said that I was mistaken and that next time I should use correct fuel. The service attendant condescendingly stated the green pump is 91 fuel and yellow pump is 95.nAfter multiple exchanges, it became evident the service attendant could not be reasoned with and I was left with no choice and ended up paying for pumps 3&4 as I had other places to be.nIt was disappointing that I was charged for a pump I didn't use and hope this doesn't happen to others in future.
Continually allow their industrial vacuums to operate outside of EPA requirements, waking nearby residents at the crack of dawn. This has been addressed with BP high bluff multiple times, both directly and via the local council, yet the issue remains.
Service is pretty poor at the best of times. There is one gentleman, an older guy who I see on Saturdays who is very good. But the rest don't appear to be interested
If I could rate minus 5 stars I would! 2 years ago this place had great service but has now become the Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced every time I’ve been instore they have treated me with no respect and no customer service whatsoever. Today I went instore and spent nearly $200 and was still being watched like a hawk as though I was stealing I feel it was due to racial profiling they also illegally sell disposable vapes there. Overall terrible experience every time I visit this store and am always left feeling disappointed and disgusted. They don’t treat their customers like humans.
