Don't bother asking for an Opal card top up. Staff (Helen) have not been properly trained so they will tell you "it's off getting repaired". I understand that there's a lot to know etc but just leave a how to operate Opal card machine step by step for staff.
Every other staff member is great.

BP fuel is always overpriced, but my car runs well, so I use it and this store makes up for high prices with friendly service and convenient access. It's never so crowded that you have to wait. Overall, this is much much better than the dodgy Mobil/7-Eleven across the road. Recommended.

OMG......PLEASE STOP selling coffee. Have to wait in line for 5 minutes or more every time to tap a credit card to go. It takes more than 5 minutes for one person to make coffee while there are 10 people waiting in line to pay for petrol and one staff member. The finally get service and takes ages to process. The the receipt comes out and it's a long as your arm. Upgrade your system. First receipt to come out should be for the customer to leave not the second receipt and the receipt should be not 30cm long for just purchasing petrol which takes ages to print and after waiting so long it's just an insult to have to wait longer.

I just got terrible customer service from one of staff whose named Rama. I won't never come back there.
