No StarsnElderly lady customer on very hot daynMistakenly fills car with diesel - staff offered no helpnAs she had no mobile phone - they would not phone the NRMA for her or allow a generous worker to use his phone to help her - saying it was against the rules to use a business phone for private matters .nA kindly customer did help but all communication would then go to her .nThe staff left my friend to push the car - she is in her seventies and slightly disabled .nwhile the NRMA man Once he had arrived 2 hours later steered the car out of the way, awaiting the tow truck operator .nnIt was an incredibly hot day and my friend was deeply distressed - no offer for a seat or a glass of water -nNo service at all.nnA Disgrace of lack of kindliness and good manners
Alright service and conveniently located on parramatta road at Camperdown
I bought a maxibone and they didn't give me my free skimmer ball as advertised. Toilets marked staff only, obviously to deter uber drivers which is discriminatory. I've been using bp since I got my license as a teen. Not good enough.
The worst petro that blew my car engine, it's always 50 cents per litre more expensive than others and indian staff have the worst customer service
1 staff member in particular is very rude when it comes to collecting parcels. Some couriers leave parcels at this BP but if you go to collect while this staff member is on duty he is very rude and makes you wait, even when no one else is there to be served. If you don't want to be a parcel drop off point then please cancel this service! I'd rather walk another km to the next drop off point than have to deal with this person again.
