What a Racist Customer Service, i filled a petrol and got a coffee just so I can use a washroom and guy said we don’t let people use washrooms and close it. But at the same time White Guy walk out of the washroom. Just because I am Indian you guys refused me washroom???? We need answers BP. I will contact others like to file a law suit on you.
A very rude disrespectful Asian man in the counter on Sunday evening at the time of this review was there, and was extremely aggressive and intimating for just a simple fuel payment, plus I believe they have manipulated the pumps, my tank could never take 70 liters and at this fuel station went for 70 liters!!nI will report the both cases to BP management
when ever come to this site washroom is always out of order , on asking they said its not even for customersnwth . i wish you guys really do something, instead of saying we will fix it , i hope in future is fixes
Decided to Stop there to fill up fuel and freshenup as i am not from sydney but after filling up fuel i ask the staff member to use the toilet but the staff member refused by saying that it is closed from last 4years for public then i ask him what about for customers he said same thing its closed from long timeni dont understand fuel station where the toilet is available they let their customer to use but this bp is different.nI beleive the company should take some actionnI wont be going there againnI shared my experience
