Pros: Went for thee automatic car wash on a Sunday afternoon. Expected a queue. But saw no other cars before or after me in the car wash area. Cons: The basic car wash programme ($10) does not include drying. So ended up with watermarks all over. To me that is a service half done. I used to go to a Coles express elsewhere in Sydney, their basic option had the dry function included (same price and takes what seems like less than a minute to do it).

Karthik was very helpful and polite. He gave us directions to get to this BP and also clarified for us what the process was to use the car wash very patiently. Thank you!

I have been here quiet a lot lately I find the staff very rude and have no idea about customer service. When I spoke to the lady she responded with I no everything I have been here for 5 years. I will not return again
