Absolutely appalled. Took my kids to Bounce and was disgusted with the 'vibe' of the place. Staff spent more time talking/flirting amongst each other than providing appropriate service. The trampolines were also extremely unsafe with 1 staff member to over 20 kids. The 30 year managers who were clearly in the midst of a mid life crisis, cared more about "climbing the wall" than providing a safe environment for my kids. I couldn't even drown my sorrows in food without digging into my life savings - at $13 a ham sandwich, who are these people kidding? If you're thinking of going to Bounce, bounce baby right out the door.

Kids always love going here. The staff go above and beyond to keep them safe and have fun. We've also been to birthdays here and the kids really enjoy it. If yiu forget water there is a water fountain and there is food available. Parking is plentiful in the streets or underneath. I'm  My only reccomendation is maybe having a price for 3 jumpers or more. It adds up with 3 kids.

The party was so good. The guy Justin who ran it is wonderful with kids even shy not so confident ones. Great experience. Snacks a bit pricey.

Pricing for food and drink in the place is a bit too high, lack good drinking fountains too, besides that great place

This is a great place to be!
Lots of fun for kids, they really love it. Also, it is managed by the team who are looking safety as their first priority.
Will recommend to friends 100%
