Highly recommend, had my sons 7th birthday there today and everything was absolutely perfect. The staff went above and beyond especially our party host, she really was incredible. Thanks again Rebound, we will be back!
Awesome place! Attended a Birthday party here and we absolutely loved it! Visiting regularly might not be affordable for my family, but the prices are fair compared to other indoor play centres. I was also impressed with the party packages available, for both value and price! DON'T FORGET THE SOCKS!!
Absolutely terrible service By all staff, even the manager is rude. when I took a issue to her of her staff teenager telling my 4 year old son off. I got told it is what it is. I will never return to place
My son had fun too bad the guy behind the food counter has zero customer service skills. Mate I don’t need constant reminding I can’t take food down to the play area just because you see my wife telling me she is going to take our 2yr old to the toilet from the trampoline area. BTW ur coffee making skills could do with a little more practice! Thanks
My little 15 m.o daughter loves the under 5 area and watching the big kids on the tramps.
The little kids area is great! Reasonable price, really clean and a safe but fun place.
Boys had a great time but you have to find out when general admission is. Not open to all at certain times.
Daughter had a great time. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Area looks fantastic and maintained. Toilets were clean. Cafe is great to entertain the parents and not over priced. We were there early and watch them do their opening inspection. Great to know it is check every day.
This is the place to go! Seeing the kids happily bouncing, climbing, jumping and smiling and most importantly they’re exercising to. What I love most is seeing the kids behaving like kids without any devices in hand!! I wish there were more places like this where kids can forget about all their troubles or worries and just let go and have fun, even if it’s just for a little while.
Had a horrible experience with the owner of the venue, he proclaimed that children I was caring for who have a number of mental disabilities weren’t subject to a carer to accompany them without payment as they were not physically disabled and therefore not disabled enough, despite one of them being a seizure risk and both having big problems with emotional regulation as well as many other aspects of life. I found his attitude disgusting and it’s such a shame there are still people who are so motivated by profit that they are willing to create an exclusive environment, especially for disabled children. Don’t support this business, Flip out in Mandurah is a similar type venue and has always been very understanding and the staff are all lovely there.
