We were referred to Sean Cawley, owner of BOQ Strathpine and Narangba, by our realestate Agent (Luke from Marsellos Pike Morayfield if you are looking for an AMAZING agent) after a series of harrowing events with our brokers during our recent property purchase which resulted in 6 finance extensions! By the time we met with Sean, we were facing losing the property we so desperately wanted. Within 48 hours, we had pre approval and just a little over a week later, we were unconditional!!!! Sean is as straight up as they come. Direct, to the point and if he say's he can, he delivers. Without Sean, we would be back to square one looking for another property to purchase.
