Story

Bloodhound Corner Bar & Kitchen serves up great local, national and international beer on our custom built 10-tap copper font, as well stock a fine selection of wines, spirits and create delicious cocktails!

On the food front, we proudly present a toothsome menu of
tasty bar food, partially inspired by Latin American cuisine & comfort foods from all around the globe!

Bloodhound opened its doors in May 2015, in a beautiful old building originally built in 1882 as Lennon’s Grocery Store.

Our mission while renovating was to expose, preserve and highlight the original features such as brick walls, floorboards, open fireplaces and high ceilings.

The second storey of our building was unveiled in March of 2016, featuring live music, a second bar, relaxed lounge seating and a picturesque wrap-around balcony overlooking the hustle & bustle of Brunswick Street

Service was impeccable and friendly. Great assistance was offered with beers on tap. We enjoyed some lighter side dishes with a few pints. Very happy all round, will be back again for more doggo action!!

Great little bar with a cool vibe. Food was awesome, a mix of East meets West with naan bread pizzas and tikka masala chips. Good selection of tap beers and pretty handy with the cocktails too.

Service was good, staff were friendly but tacos were pretty plain. The meats were fairly bland and tried to “beef” them up a bit with some hot sauces, but alas it didn’t help that much.

Absolutely love this place! One of my favorite bars in Brisbane, it has a great tap list that changes all the time, gorgeous staff and a really cute vibe!

I have been here a few times and always really enjoy the food! They do great student deals or week day deals that you can take advantage of. Their serving sizes are extremely generous and I find the quality to be great.

Great value for money, the food is amazing. Been going there with friends every Tuesdays for 9 weeks now And HIGHLY RECOMMEND their chicken and pork tacos  they do 2 for 1 tacos on Tuesdays!!!!! & my boyfriend have tried all their burgers and they’re amazing!!

Their To kill a mockingbird chicken burger is an amazing burger. So many different flavours. Sweet tangy pickled vegetables make it almost like a Mexican treat. Addictive! You can't stop at just one! Amazing selection of craft beers.

Really yummy lunch taco's. A fav after boxing
