Ordered chilli cheese fries. Fries came out uncooked like it was taken out of fridge. Took it up to the counter and the lady on their started arguing about how well it was cooked. I understand things can go wrong but to just straight up say that “we know how to do French fries” and blaming the customer was freaking pathetic. I know how tough it is in food industry these days but these was just appalling behaviour. Frankly, if it was someone else, they would have thrown at her the rude way she was acting. Do better, just because someone’s polite doesn’t give you the right to be abusive and toxic at them.
The food was horrid and ridiculously Overpriced. Undercooked patty and a disgusting taste that left me never wanting to come back. Do yourself a favour and go to maccas.
Do yourself a favour and go to the kebab shop across the road. Frankfurts are naturally soft and this is somehow the toughest thing I’ve ever sunk my teeth into. How can you mess up a hotdog!
If you love hot dogs this is the best place for you! You can buy vegan hotdogs as well! Great prices! Very fast service! Wheelchair access is available!
Had the traditional dog with english hot mustard! So yummy!! I love spicy food and it got me a little red faced lol! :P would eat here again the next time we're in the valley.
Friendly and fast service but the food is nothing I would recommend. Poor choice of bread. Sauce I ok. But a very low level fast food.
My partner and I got two vegan Hot dogs and a large poutine fries. The hot dogs are not very good, I wouldn’t recommend it , but poutine with vegan cheese was fantastic . . Verdict: just get the fries :

I ordered pickles on my hotdog and they put a single whole pickle in the corner of the box. It was hysterical. 5 Stars for the single pickle
the best loaded fries one can ever consume. seriously the only reliable joint in fortitude valley if i could give them 100 stars i would. you guys have my heart, my soul and my stomach
