I am extremely dissatisfied with their service. Upon visiting to have my window inspected, I was informed that a new motor and module would be required at a cost of $1100, with a waiting period of approximately two weeks for the parts to arrive from Melbourne. However, when I collected the vehicle, I noticed the window was functioning normally.nIt transpired that there was no issue with the motor or module, and I was nearly charged for unnecessary repairs. The problem was simply resolved with a module adjustment, as acknowledged by the representative.
Good turnaround and great job.
