I have been a tenant in a B&F managed home for some 17 months. I am grateful that a tenant can have such a respectful and professional relationship with a landlord’s agent. It has been a pleasure in working with Simone and her team. Their systems are great, they are thorough in performing their responsibilities for the owner and mindful of our privacy, security and availability in scheduling work. Mutual respect and performance of our respective duties……it works well! I would love to have them looking after my property and I enjoyed all our interactions with them as a tenant.
